Hi, My name is Tabetha, go by Taby. I'm a mother of three and have been married for 9 years. My kids are 8, 6, and 3. I currently home-school my kids. It has been heavy on my heart to re-evaluate homeschooling them, mainly because of the severity of my Panic attack back in January of this year.
I'm still fighting with anxiety almost daily. I have the physical symptoms on a regular basis. Nausea, fatigue, dizziness, and brain fog. Thankfully since my biggest attack I have been able to calm my body and mind to help keep them from getting as out of hand as the last one. I just had an attack about two weeks ago and got to the point of body shakes. Within 5 minutes I was able to get them to stop. I slept that night, but didn't feel I slept well.
We just recently had to move our family out of our current house(renting 2 1/2 years), in just a couple days, because we found out we, kids included, were being physically affected by a black mold infestation. We have some amazing friends we are able to stay with, but we have to have be out by the 25th of April. This of course is causing the anxiety to rise. I'm just so very exhausted. I know God has a plan, but right now, I'm tired and feel crappy from the black mold as well as constantly fighting off anxiety.
I'm praying that being connected to a forum that is Christian based will help keep my focused on the amazing goodness of God and off my own issues. Of course dealing with said struggles are important, but keeping a positive realistic outlook is too. Anxiety is a pain, but one that is being dealt with and bringing me further in my faith in God.

Hello Tabby,

Welcome to the site. I wish that I had the correct thing to say every time to make his or her anxiety go away immediately, but unfortunately, that is not always the case. I can tell you, however, that I will be praying for you and that you find and claim peace. I'm here for you. I'm here to offer any encouragement you need and can attempt to answer whatever questions you have. I also hope you are able to find some helpful things on this site. I think there are a lot of good things here that I think can help you.
